Imprinted Concrete Repairs & Sealing

Whilst Pattern Imprinted Concrete is more expensive to lay than block paving, it has the advantage of requiring less maintenance, with no sand-filled joints for weeds and dirt to accumulate in.

These surfaces are sealed when first laid, but do require re-sealing every 3 to 5 years depending on location and traffic level. If necessary, we use powerful colour tints which are added to the sealer which will restore your colour back to how it was when new.

• Tayside Surface Coatings will pressure wash your surfaces, be they driveways or patios, using our high-performance professional equipment.

• Next, we perform any remedial repairs which may be required, including filling any cracks using a Repair Compound

• We then apply 2 coats of Smartseal™ Imprinted Concrete Sealer for long term protection and to make maintenance far easier. Dirt and algae, oil stains and bird mess finds it very difficult to maintain a hold on the surface and an occassional hose down with a garden hose will see those nuisances vanish.

• As a finishing touch, we can replace the silicone sealant in your expansion joints with new product.
